All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery option:
Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred upon reaching your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we encounter any issues delivering to your P.O. Box address, we will contact you via email to request an alternative physical delivery address.
Order Status & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us with your name and order number at info@lilasky.com.
